Making a Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Take me to the check out". You will be asked for a few details that need to be able to identify the order. Prices are charged in pounds sterling and can be converted to your relevant country for confirmation of price. All our prices include VAT @ 16.5%

Shipping & Handling:

Standard Delivery goods are despatched within two working days by Registered Mail. Please note that Saturday is not a working day. If there is a delay we shall inform you be e-mail or telephone. All orders over £100.00 are delivered free with express delivery if requested. Please see for a full list of delivery options.

Shipping Fees: Orders are charged by weight. All items are packaged securely, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into boxes to ensure for a perfect delivery, A nominal charge has been set, and an adjustment will be made when the cost is known. Either a refund given or extra funds required. Delivery will be the exact cost of carriage. Customers outside the EU will not have to pay VAT, but customers should be aware of, and are responsible for any tax or import duties levied by their countries government.

Delivery Schedule:

95% of all orders are despatched within 1 business day (Mon - Fri) unless otherwise stated. If for any reason your goods will not be despatched within 2 days you will be e-mailed with a despatch date.

Prices all Include VAT @ 16.5%

Credit Card Security:

Credit card orders are taken for us by PayPal, using the most secure systems available. Your card details will not be held on any web server, and your card number will not even by known by us when ordering online. If there is any problem with your invoice please e-mail us. We will always resolve any problems. Please contact us not your credit card company if there is a problem with your order. If a chargeback is subsequently claimed without firstly contacting us then the invoice becomes due, plus a £10.00 administration charge.

Guarantee:

If you are not happy with any product purchased from us, simply email us and return it to us for a full refund, enclosing a note stating the reason for it's return. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and that the package is registered for your peace of mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your goods. You must return your order to us at:-

We do not sell, trade or share your email, phone or address information with any other company. We never use software methods of "capturing" your e-mail address when you browse our site, nor do we use "Cookies," to identify you when you visit. Our shopping cart uses a temporary cookie only to keep track of your order. This cookie is not retained after you leave the site or purchase from our company.

We will never send unsolicited e-mail to anyone

We use your phone number only to be able to contact you in case of problems with your order and to verify credit card authenticity when using a card as means of payment.

All credit card numbers are taken by PayPal. Your card number is not passed to us, just the funds via the acquiring bank.

The data we collect is gained from the ordering process or email requests, and is used purely by us for the purpose of dispatching your order and invoice. No Credit card details are held by us. Your email address will be retained only if you opt into our newsletter. None of your details will ever be disclosed to a third party. Your order details and contact details will be retained by us on an offline system for accounting purposes. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
